What's involved

Structural damage hides below the surface — soft stringers, separated bulkheads, or delaminated glass that change how your hull carries load and impact. We open up the affected area, remove failed material, and rebuild it with hand-laid glass and the right resins so the structure works the way the factory intended.

When you need it

  • Soft or spongy spots underfoot or in the bilge
  • Cracking or flexing around the transom, deck, or hull sides
  • A hollow or drumming sound when you tap the hull
  • After a hard grounding, impact, or years of heavy use

How we do it

We assess the extent with moisture readings and inspection, give you a clear scope, then grind back to sound laminate and rebuild in layers — fully bonded, cured properly, and faired back so the repair disappears.
