What's involved

Cracks range from cosmetic spider lines in the gelcoat to structural stress cracks that signal flex or impact underneath. We work out which is which, then repair them properly instead of just filling the surface so they don't come back.

Spider-web or star cracks around hardware and corners
Long stress cracks along the hull or deck
Cracks that reappear after a previous patch
Gelcoat crazing that spreads over time

How we do it

We grind each crack open to find its root, reinforce with glass where there's structural movement, then fill, fair, and color-match the gelcoat so the surface is sound and seamless.
